I can't see the whole game... it doesn't fit my screen.

• The problem lies in the screen resolution setting Windows is using.  Most Simply Awesome Software games require a screen resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels or better.
  
• To change your screen resolution:
1. Click on the Windows Start button (in the bottom left corner of your screen)
2. In the right column, there will be an option called "Control Panel".  Choose this option.
3. In the window that opens, double click on "Display".
4. In this window, click on the "Settings" tab (located toward the top-right corner of the window).
5. On the right, towards the bottom of the window, there should be a bar where you can change the Screen area.  Set this to 1024 by 768 pixels, or greater, then click on the Apply button.
• This will change your display settings so that you may play.  You may follow these same steps to reset your display when you are done playing.

"run-time error 339" when trying to play Blackjack or Spanish 21?

• This is caused by a handful of Windows files that are either out of date or corrupt (specifically, the files are called comcat.ocx, mscomctl.ocx, and oleaut32.ocx)
• To fix this error download and install this patch.

My registration number doesn't work.

• Make sure you're running the latest version of our software.  Our registration numbers occasionally change, and new registration numbers only unlock the latest version.
• Be sure you're entering the correct User ID and Registration numbers.  We recommend you cut and paste these from the email you receive from us.
  
• If you've previously purchased a registration number, and would like to receive a new registration number, send an email to support@SimplyAwesomeSoftware.com  Please include your User ID in the email if it is different than your email address.
